A woman injured when a piece of a broken baseball bat flew into the stands at Boston's Fenway Park on Friday was in serious condition in hospital on Saturday. Tonya Carpenter was admitted to hospital with "life-threatening" injuries on Friday, according to the Boston Police Department. "Tonya Carpenter was admitted to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center last night following injury at Fenway Park," a statement released through the hospital said Saturday.
