And as for not giving people avatars without paying, free speech is free speech, avatars are not in my opinion a requirement for free speech. Only words are.

I wonder how many people take for granted things like vBulletin licences, Arcade script licences, and other such fees. Bandwidth is not so expensive, alot of times, you can even find a FREE server.

GF chooses to go with a higher fee server so that page load times and database access times are a snap, try surfing BRAWL HALL, you can get a cup of coffee before the page loads, but I guess there used to it.

But then, you see, here at GF, we DON'T CARE if people want to leave, we don't care if they even tell us about THERE web board, or THERE home page, we compete with nobody, we do not advertise on video game boards where kids are sure to flock and click to be able to talk trash to people they will never meet.

No I'm sorry Brawl Hall, GF is a SOCIETY and a COMMUNITY. We have our own rules, we have our devoted members, we have our friends, keep your silly little flame board, if anybody wants to go your way, we gladly encourage them. Maybe Brawl Hall is more of there type of web board community and GF isn't. But for those of us that ARE devoted to GF, we see the site for what it is, and for what yours could never possibly be.

I love how Butt-Halls big bitch is the 12 dollar membership fee......which is not required. Must be nice having members too cheap to afford 12 bux....kinda like a big internet trailer park with eviction notices on every door. I almost signed up at BH to respond to the whole mess but decided if it was going to take that long to refresh a page of text i wasnt about to sit on there forever to do the join process. Nor was i willing to take the maditory personality bypass.
