Going to run a special indefinetely on budget porting for all you guys who want power but don't have the money for bigger valves and springs. This is available for 04/05 and 06+ TRX450r, YFZ450, LTR450, Raptor 660/700 and KFX450 machines.
Stock valve porting - good head for a good price. about 5 hp under my +1 race head, but saves you $500 in valves/springs and the cutting needed to run bigger valves. Includes disassembly, inspection, cleaning, port work, reassembly, final inspection and return shipping via USPS. turnaround time is about 3-5 days depending on my work load. If any additional parts are needed or damage is found, You will be contacted for approval. NOTE - this does NOT include cutting of your valve seats, only lapping. seat cuts are usually not needed if your valves are in good shape. serdi cut is available for $100
$250 - good for 55hp SB/SS TRX, and a little less on the other 450 machines. 04/05 TRX WILL recieve epoxy.
add in a 42.5 carb bore for your FCR for $150 and you can have a good head and bore'd carb to your door for 400!
