Hello,
I've installed Business Contact Manager 2010 for Microsoft Outlook 2010. Now I'm trying to instal the Language pack which I download on this location: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/nl-nl/details.aspx?FamilyID=CCF25985-31AB-48FD-8E98-981C6FADE302&displaylang=nl. When downloaded and started I get this weird screen of Windows Installer:

Clicking OK or the "X" won't help, the screen disappears, but with another try it still gives this message. The same file installs correctly on another PC.
Can someone help? We can't use our database when we can't get the langpack to install.
please help.
