Can I copy recorded TV from Media Center to anotherr Win 7 machine?

I'm using Win 7 on my HP Elite to record TV in Media Center.

Can I copy/transfer the recorded files to my other machine (Pavilion p6-2100, w/o TV recording h/w) for later viewing on that machine?
