Can This Be Just a Coincidence?

I know I'm a big conspiracy theory nut, eh Bender, but doesn't this seem a bit beyond the laws of probability?

Wis. dealer sold gun extras to health club shooter

By TODD RICHMOND, Associated Press Writer Todd Richmond, Associated Press Writer ? 42 mins ago

MADISON, Wis. ? An online weapons dealer who sold a gun or accessories to three mass killers, including a man who opened fire at a Pittsburgh-area health club this week, said Friday that any of the shooters could have just as easily found what they wanted at a Wal-Mart or another store.

Eric Thompson, whose company TGSCOM Inc. last year sold an empty Glock 9 mm magazine and magazine loading apparatus to George Sodini, the man who shot up a Collier Township, Pa., health club on Tuesday, said the sale was legal and his company did nothing wrong.

"The firearms industry and firearms dealers are lambasted by the media and by politicians all the time and very often nobody stands up and says 'hey, we didn't do anything wrong,'" Thompson said. "I'm ... being penalized by doing a good job and employing a lot of people and selling sporting goods ... I'm not some backwoods guy just making to look a buck off of tragedy."

Thompson's company, which is based in Green Bay and employs about 40 people, also sold a gun or accessories to the shooters in the Virginia Tech and Northern Illinois University attacks.

Seung-Hui Cho used a .22-caliber handgun bought from TGSCOM in his attack at Virginia Tech in April 2007, in which 32 people were killed. Stephen Kazmierczak, who killed five people in an NIU classroom before killing himself in February 2008, bought two empty 9 mm Glock magazines and a Glock holster through a TGSCOM site.

That the same guy sold guns to 3 different killers?

He'd either have to be a VERY shady businessman that used underground methods that each killer knew of, unbelievably gullible and carefree about who he sold arms to, and word got around, or would be better off playing powerball with the winning streak odds he's been getting in life.

They didn't sell guns to all them, but guns or gun parts. I don't know, maybe it's just that popular of a company for gun and gun accessories and is a coincidence, but I would have to say, hmmm?

I know in the internet, don't recall the url right off hand, but I'm sure there are tons.... you can find the scanned images OF Mr. "I CAN'T GET ANY *****"'s sales receipts showing where and what he purchased... actually, you can find ALL KINDS of info on the dude, even copies of his google search history that a hacker uncovered (scary thought). But anyway, I SUPPOSE it WOULD be theoretically possible if the guy selling guns had a good PR rating in the spiders. I mean, it's all a nice little game us webmasters play anyway. Bob plays his keywords words into the mix and can usually hit a #1 spot on google. I have dominate control over several key words myself on the suckage domain, and all the other nerds over at TAZ have theirs. Guess I'd have to know what his domain was and take a look at his meta tags and headers to see what he is using that might explain that very odd coincidence.

I checked out the dealer's site. He seems to have a pretty big web sales operation but, DAMN his prices are high.

I guess if your google search or a lot of advertising leads the flock to ya, you can get a way with it, but their prices were quite high for what you can get the stuff from, which makes me again, wonder if there isn't something to "word of mouth" in whack job forums or something that leads them to believe this site is friendly to the "bat crazy" crowd.:(
