I have a Fibre Optic connection but when I try to open a Browser (IE9) a message..."Internet cannot display page" and when I run a diagnostics another message..."DNS Server not available" is displayed. However the Network page indicates "Internet Access". To add to the confusion, I have a USB VOIP phone connected and that WORKS! To compound things, when I open the gateway, it indicates everything is "UP" and running and all diagnostics "PASS"
I then disconnect and connect a USB router and the Browser opens!
Any suggestions?
