Update KB2677070 won't install successfully.

 

 

I have tried all the help options:

 

<ul>

<li>installed hotfix KB9477821</li><li>Tried running Microsoft Fixit</li></ul>

Still get error code 800B0100.

 

 

 

What can I try next?
