cannot install updates or service packI get error #800F081F

I have been trying to install Microsoft updates for a couple of weeks,'Microsoft security essentials' especially,After startup or a little while afterwords I get a black screen with blue box warning me of potential damage to my computer and then it shuts off,I have installed combo fix, malware bytes,and spybot and cannot uninstall all of them...how do I get back to square one and install only Microsoft Security essentials?
