Hi,
I bought a pack of 3 licenses of Office home and student 2010. My new computer has preinstalled the program but as in another computer it gave me problems to install it from there (it didn´t find the file proofing...) I decided to uninstall it and download it from the web www.office.com/downloadoffice.
I started the process. First, it gave me a lot of problems to pass the first stage, after writing the product key, because of the message: "The characters you typed didn't match the characters below. Please, try again", or something like that. But eventually I could pass this first stage.
But afterwards it appears the next message: "You are attempting to submit an order without any items in your shopping cart. Please, try again". I'm stuck there. Any suggestions?
