When I try to run MSE, I get an error code 0x80070715, it won't run and says to uninstall and reinstall.
When I try to remove it, it tells me that it can't find the files necessary to INSTALL and to download the files from the website.
When I try to download the files from the website, I'm told that MSE is already installed and I need to uninstall, error code 0x4FF02, which takes me back to my first sentence,
