CFTI.com needs your help!

Alright guys, heres how it goes:

The launch of CFTIv3 is fast approaching, as we speak, a lot of work is being done to make sure we are ready for the release by the end of July.

In the new version of CFTI, we have a section dedicated to the band. We want your help writing the information for the following pages:

• About the band
  
• Biographies - Darkness Lover is doing Bio's for Chester and Brad. Still need Mike, Joe, Rob and Dave
  
• Side Projects - _de(\)emy_ is going to try and do information on FM, but he may not be able to get it done in time.
  

If you would like to help and be about of the new site, please send me a PM, with what section(s) you would be willing to write. The information needs to be your own wording, and cannot be copied from other LP sites, magazines, or any other source.

You will be fully credited with whatever information you provide.

I will edit this post when people tell me what section they want to do, so there isn't multiple people doing the same section.

We would really appreciate your help.

Please submit all work by July 20 at the latest.

The first two sites were flawed in their design.

Minor coding errors, created major problems further down the track.

It's all being redone to avoid these issues.

You shouldnt need to. The media should all be on a backup server.

But the host is being funny in regards to us hosting media. He reckons it can only be hosted using his RapidShare details, so he gets points for every download. I for one, do NOT want this, as RS links are a *****, and I dont want our users having to wait a hour to get the next bit of media they want. Sure, there are tricks to get around it, but for most people, they cant be bothered.

So this issue is currently under debate. Out of interest, who here wants RS links and who doesnt?

Its easy to get past, sure, just reset your modem, change your IP, but for most people, thats a pain in the *** to do, especially when you have downloads, chat programs, web browsing etc open. Most users wont want to do that anyway.
