Yea, he's not in the trailer, but I think the pic in the original post was just a screen cap released by.. whoever's making the movie, lol.

True, they wouldn't under the cast list for the movie, but they would list him as in the movie on his page one would think..

i looked for the film on yahoo and found out that there's only like 7 members of the cast.

here are some more details:

Genres: Action/Adventure, Comedy and Thriller

Release Date: September 1st, 2006 (wide)

MPAA Rating: R for strong violence, pervasive language, sexuality, nudity and drug use.

Distributors: Lionsgate

yea great, its fricken R

anyways, theyre prolly only listing the MAIN characters. not many films will list other characters until the credits at the end anyways. so chester cood be a support actor.

There are more castmembers, check IMDB.

Im going to see the movie. Not just because of Chester, I couldnt care less if he's in it. Its fun to watch, but Id care if he would be in it or not.

With or without Chester I'm still going to see the movie just because I love those types of movies. I saw this yesterday, and I always thought Mike would be in movies, even if it might or might not be a cameo it seems interesting enough to go see.

Go Chester! even if it might be for 10 seconds or less...

Thats it...i was gonna see it because of Jason Statham, but now that i see that chaz might be in it...i'm DEFFENTALTY gonna go see it

From the screencap, it looks to me like a 20 second cameo where hes an angry customer in a pharmacy where budges in line and argues with Statham. But Im just guessing. lol

It's tough to tell what exactly will happen from 1 scerenshot, but I'm willing to bet your predicition is pretty close :p
