Since we got a admin going crazy I'll just move it to the art section since Web-Design is clearly an type of art and expression! And this forums will be look down apon if they either delete or lock this thread.

Anyways, all audio is now moved over to the new host (thanks agian Agent) so check that out. And that should cover all the updates for now, i know its not alot really but it was lots of hard work for me

I don't see how this is an art either. Just a way for people to get music.. Updates = more chances for people to see about your site.

 

And technically this isn't webdesign either.. the site's been designed now there's no more designing.. just.. music.

i guess ppl have a right to advertise their sites but i guess if u wanna tell ppl about updates and that u should use ur forums.......

actually... no one has a right to advertise their site on someone else's forums. Just depends on if the forum admin(s) give permission. :thumbsup:

His site is cool, he is offering people to download LP stuff that is not possible to buy in ordinary store such as live concerts, demos, etc.

He is having something that I want, he gives me, and he doesn't have a profit of it but he is trying just to give people what they want.I appreciate that. And you should.

I haven't seen any one attack him. And I haven't made any snide remarks toward him. ATLiens closed his thread for a reason, and specifically stated *not* to make a new one. This is a new thread, that he made under.. false claims.

As for not being interested.. doesn't matter. These aren't his forums. That particular comment could apply on his boards, but not here. This isn't the chestersings forum, it's the LPF.

I mean, common... Alot of people used that old thread... It WAS actually getting action! It was more of a thread about LP media then much else... and it was helpful. And its not like CS was like GO TO MY SITE, GO TO MY SITE!!! all the time, trying to make ppl go there...

But, oh well, thats his opinion... ya gotta remember he did MAKE this site

I agree with Hyper a little here. I like the site and everything, but ATL specifically said not to make a new thread.

I had nothing against the old thread or anything, or anything against the site, but ATL did say not to make a new thread or anything and he felt there was something wrong with it. After all, he is an Admin for a reason.

yes, i have notified people that they are up. That's all, i haven't made a new thread after being told not to, just to tell people updates. If someone loves his site so much, they can sign up for his forums.

i don't even have a problem with the site, i'm just saying.. it was against the ATLien's wishes for this new thread to be created.

and you are also right, i do know little about art, but i know a hell of a lot about web design, and it's not art. The compilation of the site, that is art. But afterwards, while maintaning it, is not.

and asking fort his thread to be "cleaned up" after you have already gone *against* ATLien's wishes seems a bit out rageous to me. Correct me if i'm wrong, but you wouldn't like it if someone.. hacked your website, then asked you for help with theirs? would you?*

*NOTE: this isn't a threat, just a comparison, because it has been stated in his forums that he wouldn't like people to hack his site.

I never said you disliked his site. You just shouldn't go down his back about it. Yes, ATLien closed his thread, but I don't know why. I never said he was wrong, but I don't think CS is wrong either.

ATLien specifically stated why. But it was because he feels that threa was only to gain members of the CS site/forums. Does that help?

Look, guys this thread is ment for updates for my site. If you have a complaint, problem, feel like spamming, or anything thing that isnt positve then take it somewhere else. Hyper im not an admin but i think u have said enough for now. I'm going bk to updates, and i don't want another person spamming talking about if hyper was wrong, or who is jumping down whos back, nor do i want to be told im wrong for opening a new thread. Now ZIP IT

like some1 said below my site is down, and might not be up for 24-48hrs due to a domain issue that was changed for the best. I will still have the .com and will still keep running the site. Just got to give it some time Sorry for the downage!

So I can tell when 48 hrs from then is so I know when it Should be back up by. Thx
