Colombia opposition leader Uribe says wants to contribute to peace deal

BOGOTA (Reuters) - Alvaro Uribe, a former Colombian president and the leader of the country's political opposition, said on Sunday he wants to contribute to a peace deal with Marxist guerrillas after voters rejected an accord with the FARC rebels in a plebiscite. Uribe, speaking outside his country home, said all Colombians wanted peace but that the deal needed "corrections". (Reporting by Julia Symmes Cobb; Editing by Paul Tait)
