allieking Posted October 24, 2006 Share Posted October 24, 2006 i can't understand why any parent would abandon their child because of this. i mean you could be on hard drugs mugging old ladies to feed youe habit. aslong as your happy why should it make any diffrence to how they feel about you. i have 3 daughters and if any of them came and told me they were gay i'd just tell them that aslong as they are happy and find someone who respects them and loves them then i'm happy. I honestly don't understand how parents can throw their kid out because of something like that. They should be understanding and supporting. Of course it's something that some parents will not find easy to deal with, but to go to an extreme to just throw their child out of their house... it's just wrong. I hope they come to terms with it, they understand, support you, give you their love and accept you back in their home with arms opened. I wish you strength in these difficult times, and I hope that everything gets better really soon.
