Here's a bit of background information for you guys about me. My names David, but I prefer Dave. Whatever you wanna call me is fine though. Call me Conjure if you want, heh. I'm a pretty big Linkin Park fan. They've been my favourite band for many years, and they're the band that first got me into music. I've only recently become what you'd call a hardcore fan - trying to get ahold of every song and cover they've ever done, all the live bootlegs and stuff, aswell as other merchandise. I'm enjoying LPF so far. The community's great. Hopefully I can get along with everyone. This is the first journal I've written. Enjoy.

Hey guys, how's life?

Today was pretty ordinary. Just sat around at home all day putting off doing my Physics assignment. It's due on tuesday and I only just started.. Had it for like a month. Oh well. My internets totally messed up at the moment, so I've gotta use Mum's wireless internet, which is incredibly expensive. I went over her limit and she's really ****** off. I can't finish downloading Rock AM Ring '04 and '01 and lots of other stuff now =( Numb and Don't Stay on '04 are so **** good. I want the others. My favourite NRL team won their game earlier which was good. Barely watched it though. Too bad there was no NBA on today. I should probably be working on my Physics assignment right now but I can't be assed. It's on GPS and the Physics behind it (waves and stuff). Listened to What I've Done a while ago. Sounds pretty **** good, but I was kinda dissapointed the quality wasn't any better. Can't wait for the official release.

Yeah I love the NBA. I play a bit of basketball myself. I'm 6'5" so I usually play center. My favourite teams Miami. Dwayne Wade is incredible. Like Shaq said last year after the final game "He's the best in the world, D Wade." Are you an NBA fan too?

Yeah...I'm a fan...Miami is alright

I also like Cleveland, Denver and Dallas...I don't really support one team...I'm more supporting various players like Lebron James, Allen Iverson and Dirk Nowitzki

Sup all, what's doin'?

Had school today, which kind of blew 'cause I missed the premiere of What I've Done on Australian radio and I was thinking about it all day. Did barely any work in most of my classes 'cause I wasn't feeling too well. Just sat and listened to music and watched Rock AM Ring '04 and Live in Texas on my iPod in most classes. I've got contact lenses for my eyes, and they're ones that last only one month, and I was down to my last pair and I ripped one in half by accident, so I had to wear just one contact for the whole day. Gave me the biggest headache. Oh well. I've gotta order more but they won't be in for a few days. What a pain. Didn't have extension maths in the afternoon as I normally do because our teacher forgot and just left. Was pretty **** happy about that. As soon as I got home from school I immediately got on the net to see if What I've Done had been released. I'm ****** off that CFTI has been closed. Loved what Mark put on the site though to mess with Warner Bros a bit. Got the mp3 and video of What I've Done. Much thanks for Mark for "helping" me get them. They're so ******* incredible. Hope you guys like them just as much as me. Got my Physics assignment done too, and I think I did a pretty decent job of it.

Think I might go play a bit of Doom 3.

Howdy people.

So I'm up to my third journal entry.. Fun =P Got nothing better to do I suppose. Barely did anything at school today, was just listening to What I've Done and some other LP stuff on my iPod for most of the day. Had practise for our debutante ball this afternoon. That was kind of fun. I heard from a friend how badly the general math class is doing in our grade so I might be starting doing tutoring for a couple of them. Good way to earn a bit of money and help out my yearmates at the same time =P But yeah, pretty boring day. Got home and looked to see if there were anymore leaks for the new album. There wasn't =( Got very excited when I saw the Valentine's Day thread, but then untitled said it wasn't a real track so I didn't bother downloading. Oh well. Hope everyone's day was much more exciting than mine.

Thanks a lot. Yeah I'm Australian, born and bred. Only problem with being an Aussie is Linkin Park rarely makes an appearance here =P I've heard they might be coming later in 2007 though.

If LP don't go to Australia often then what should us poor Greeks say? That's what I was complaining about the other day. They seem to like us a lot since they use Greek elements in their albums and videos (Meteora, a brief snap of the Parthenon in the WID video etc) yet they never come here on tour... *snuffle*

Hi everyone.

I'm totally stoked.. Got two people to tutor on different afternoons in general maths. $10-15 an hour for each. Easy money! What the **** was up with the review on What I've Done? All that bullshit about how Linkin Park is mediocre and how it had a little success with Meteora but What I've Done blows? As if. The guy that wrote that is a total ***. Got the 2nd episode of LPTV but couldn't get any of the others 'cause I'm not inside the US =( Oh well. The 2nd episode is pretty good. I hope I can get ahold of the others. Just a short journal entry today 'cause I haven't really got much to say.

I think MTM should be good from what I've heard...and I'll also miss Mikes rap...but maybe he's a good singer...lol
