Converting DVD to VCD

donno this thread should be in section or not ... i have LIVE IN TEXAS DVD but i cant watch it because dont have DVD Player but only have DVD RAM nowadays .... can u guys suggest me a software which can convert that DVD to VCD (.mpeg) format?? ... thnxXx !! :)

ya thnxx for dat ... but it would b nice if i get a software which iz **** easy to use ... cuz i dun wanna get into technical details of converting
