The ex-girlfriend of Dallas running back Joseph Randle is seeking a protective court order against the Cowboys player saying he has been both physically and emotionally abusive. The Wichita Eagle obtained a copy of the petition filed in district court in Wichita, Kansas, on Wednesday. In it, Jacobs describes an incident in which she says Randle brandished a gun and threatened to "blast" a car in which the couple's young son was sitting. Randle was arrested early Tuesday and cited for unlawful possession of a controlled substance after police responding to a domestic violence call saw a small amount of marijuana in a hotel room rented to Randle.
