Crash reporting tool for Outlook and Word?

How can I report on Word and Outlook crashes across 2500 PCs as most instances now go unreported? I don't want to limit myself to SCOM/SCCM, I just want to know what the best tool for the job is. Want to be able to report on crashes firm wide at any given time over any date range. Having visibility of crashes will enable us to pinpoint effect of envt changes eg security patches, vendor updates etc
