I haven't the slightest clue what was up with that backup kicker trying that field goal. Woulda rather seen Vanderjadt try it. The goaline play where Manning audibled to himself was so dumb. If he had handed in off to James that was a TD. That was the worst game the Colts have played for 2 or 3 years. I've been wanting someone to go undefeated just to show up those old cranky ******** on the '72 dolphins. The league is so diferent now with freeagency, 300 pound guys that could out run a cheetah, and 16 game seasons. Yet the dusty old bastards on the '72 dolphins, namely Mercury Morris, have said when the next team goes undefeated they would only be the 'next' team to do it and it wouldn't be as special. The '05 Colts would have owned the '72 dolphins so bad.
I got this feeling the Colts are gonna lose to the Patriots in the AFC championship game. Next year we should do a GF NFL pool on weekly picks.
...and yes Hazma, I am quite upset. This whole city got bummed pretty hard after that ****. I paid $250 to take my daughter to that game. Afterwards as I was walking with my daughter out of the RCA dome, it was like we were leaving a funeral. Nobody was talking and my 6 year old said the cutest thing. "Daddy, why is everyone so sad, that was fun". Hmmm....kids....
