Jason Day says patience and a little bit of tunnel vision will be key Sunday as he pursues a first major title at the PGA Championship with history-chasing Jordan Spieth on his heels. The 22-year-old Spieth, the reigning Masters and US Open champion, can join Ben Hogan and Tiger Woods as the only men to win three majors in the same year with a victory -- and seize Rory McIlroy's world number one ranking into the bargain. "The moment I start seeing what Jordan is doing or what (Justin) Rose is doing or the guys behind me are doing, the moment I see I've made a mistake here, I should have done this, I get in my own way -- and I can't let that happen," said Day, who had four birdies and an eagle -- and shook off a double-bogey -- on the back nine on Saturday to cement his first outright 54-hole lead at a major.
