DE-activate and re-activate Windows 7 license to move to new HDD in the same computer.

I want to install my new 120GB SSD drive in my Acer netbook. I plan to reformat the existing HDD and sell it. Since the license is tied to the computer (netbook), not the drive, how would I go about this process to de-activate and re-activate the license. I would really like to do a fresh install on the SSD. I really have no need for all the excess trialware, bloatware etc.
