Deploying Fingerprint Driver/Software in WIM?

I am new to this whole deployment game, but am getting quite involved with creating custom WIMs for customers these days.
I have a HP ProBook 4330s I am preparing a Win 7 Pro custom image which will need to:

1. 
   [ ]Have all drivers installed - at the moment I only have one tricky one, the Fingerprint Scanner only has an EXE from source files with no way to extract driver. Thoughts?
   [ ]Microsoft Office 2010
   [ ]Third-party Apps
   [ ]Windows Updates

As this is a non-domain environment, and deploying via USB, how would you suggest I handle each of these requirements?
