The Upgrading from Vista to W7 Turorial says:
Update, run and then turn off your antivirus program.
I just recentely switched to MSSE and I like it; no problems at all. It's up to the minute right now.
I got the Upgrade Advisor Report and it says my MSSE has earned the compatible w/W7 Logo.
I can't figure out how to turn MSSE off without uninstalling it, so I'm hoping I can go ahead and install the W7 upgrade without that.
