Do you really want to know?

If someone you know found out that your significant other was a raging, cheating ***** would you want them to tell you? Or is ignorance bliss?

If you were told, would you take that person at their word or would you demand proof of said "whoring around"?

If you found out the accusations were true, what would you do?

I'm kind of a hypocrit on this subject. I would want to know, but would find it hard to tell someone else if I knew their partner was cheating.

I think the level of proof I'd need would depend on my existing suspicions.

I had to tell a friend once that her boyfriend hit on me at a party. I was sure she would tell me to go to **** once I did, but to her credit she believed me and broke up with him.

I felt really bad for her. But he was a jerk, so she was better off without him.

If someone you know found out that your significant other was a raging, cheating ***** would you want them to tell you? Absolutely freaking YES!! Or is ignorance bliss? **** no, not when it comes to this.

If you were told, would you take that person at their word or would you demand proof of said "whoring around"? Depends who the source is, how reliable and trustworthy they are.

If you found out the accusations were true, what would you do? Depends on the situation, heat of the moment, etc. But surely dump their ***.

Well depends on the level of "hitting on" your talking about. Flirting isn't the same as asking go knock some boots.

We were all at the same party, actually. We were all in one room when everyone decided to go sit down by the lake and he and I were the last ones left. He waited until everyone had gone outside, sat beside me on the couch and said he'd been wanting to catch me alone all night because he thought he was in love with me and wanted to know if we could start seeing one another. At the same time, he started running his hand up my leg and was heading precariously close to my danger zone.

I tore out of there like my hair was on fire.

I called my friend and told her what happened the next day. I think she thought it was more than a little harmless flirting, too.

I would want to know. Definitely.

If you were told, would you take that person at their word or would you demand proof of said "whoring around"?

If it was someone I knew well and trusted, I would take them at their word. If it was anyone else, I would probably ask for some proof of said shenanigans.

If you found out the accusations were true, what would you do?

Leave him. Once the trust is gone, I see no reason to stick around and be hurt further. Once a cheater, always a cheater.

OK well that could be defined as "hitting on you!"

Haha! Yeah.

I was totally blindsided. I didn't even know the guy! I'd met him like...one other time? It was creepy and bizarre.

Then again I've had two other stalkers in my life so perhaps I send out some really strong "Please! Fall in love with me without knowing a thing about me and then scare the **** out of me!" vibes. Who knows?

Believe me, snaf....I WANT the guy who likes to stay home, is good to his woman, isn't into the bar scene, is content to be fed home cooked meals like a delicious baked ham, doesn't stray and is down to earth.

I do want that! I do, I do, I do, I DO!
