Dodgers' lawyers to make case in Giant fan lawsuit

LOS ANGELES (AP) — The defense for the Los Angeles Dodgers and former owner Frank McCourt has begun presenting its side in a lawsuit stemming from the beating of a San Francisco Giants fan in a Dodger Stadium parking lot after a 2011 game between the rivals.
