A little scary. I've had attacks on the road twice. Each time I made myself get out of the truck and got help fairly quickly. Guess I was being smarter than I knew. Poor guy.

yeah, good thing the guy was driving a vintage model car someone might take interest in... And what ever happened to cops who serve the community ('cause that's what they get paid for) who will be nice enough to check if the passenger(s) in the vehicle pulled to the side of the road might need help and assistance. Instead of just driving past not once, but at least twice, only willing to check if the plates are expired or the car is stolen to bust someone's chops...
