Oh, I wish the Days that we untied with England and launched our love

from Dover's Cliff, to bring down Fascism, and Communism, could be

remembered forevermore. But like most relationships now days, our love

affair has gone sour!

Will a spark ever rekindle the love we once shared, for those that we

rescued from the violence and deception of Fascism, and Communism?

I have both a lot of computer proof, and a lot of hard evidence, that

some at CNN and other News Media, and some in the US Government on all

levels of Government, are working for Communists that want to

overthrow the USA from within.

While we were actively hunting Bin Laden and his likes, some at CNN

deliberately instigated a massive Vigilantly attack on me, and others,

from Computer Hackers and Others, by deliberately suppressing the

truth on every issue, and deliberately promoting controversial issues

instead, and swaying some of those on the different sides of the

controversial issues, to attack me, by falsely accusing me of having

Criminal Intentions, and by falsely accusing me of being crazy!

They present lies to our Courts, against those that they wish to

destroy, and the Courts hearken to their lies, instead of the truth,

and the Courts base their decisions on the Opinions of so called

Professionals, whom tell the lies under oath in our Courts, just like

in Nazi Germany, and the Fallen USSR.

Those are acts of Criminals that have taken the side of Enemies of the

People of these United States in a Time of War!

These are Crimes that now in the United States, the People Committing

them get away with, because they have Money and Control the Powerful

Lawyers and the Courts, and even the Medical Doctors, against those

in Pakistan in danger of falling into the wrong hands, so that they

could expand the conflict and get some of the other 24 religious sects

in Israel to help them take out US Oil Sources the Arabs.

In Iran and Israel both the Russians and the Chinese control groups in

both Countries, and their goal is to use them one against the other,

until they can influence some of them to help them take out Western

Oil Sources that are needed for National Security.

That is light compared to what they did to me and to many others in

Seattle Washington King County Jail, as they cuffed us, beat us, and

stripped us ripping our clothes off over the hand cuffs, as they took

photos of scars and tattoos for Street Gang Files. And the way that

they destroyed the evidence that I was getting a Security Job and a

gun and a belt for the job, and had a criminal named Rebecca Brown

that I was taking to drug rehab, but they beat her, and had her watch

them beat me, until she confessed to a crime she did not do, and had

her set to testify against me, or they would bring more charges

against her, and they gave me a Gay attorney that hated me because of

my Religious belief that I expressed and was practicing by taking

Rebecca to drug rehab, and that Gay Attorney, nor the next Court

appointed attorney, would not let me talk to the FBI who was actively

investigating the prisoner abuse at the time, and be physically and

psychologically traumatized by the arrest and beating and the setting

me up, that left only one way that I could get out of going to jail

for years, and that was to make a plea bargain under duress, so they

would not put both Rebecca and me in jail for years.

There is no truth and Justice left in America, and they made it

impossible to get any honest redress for any just petition for a

redress of grievances, and they made it too costly to take them to

court, and the only time that they do anything half way right, is when

the News Media is broadcasting your case publicly. But the News Media

like CNN, used my request for help doing that, to set me up further!

The FBI Investigation in Seattle was started by Harbor View Hospital

because that is where we all ended up after being beaten by the Jail

Guards. Harbor View Hospital took photos of the damage the Guards did

to our bodies, and reported it to the FBI.

So I have both photo and Police and FBI records for documentation, why

does CNN not believe the truth?

CNN sent all my criminal and even some of my medical records to

Foreign Enemies and Domestic Criminals knowing that I was an outed CID

Informant, and was kidnapped by Foreign Exchange Students from Africa

who were armed with stolen US Weapons outside Ft Riley Kansas, and my

friend and I escaped at the 11 mile marker outside Kansas City where

the car broke down, and it took us three hours just to convince the

Police to check out the car carrying stolen US Weapons, and that may

be why the Criminals had set me up in the first place in Seattle. So

the only conclusion any true investigator would come to is

someone at CNN wanted Foreign Enemies and Domestic Criminals to finish

killing me.

With what I know about the Russians, they felt I was dangerous enough

to some of them, that they used the State of Israel and CNN to expand

the old KGB file that they kept on me, and used CNN and NYPD and NY

Hospitals to set me up, and lock me up for a year though I had

committed no crime, and the medical misdiagnoses and maltreatment that

they forced upon me, which was already ordered by another State not to

be forced upon me, but they used NY because it was a different

Jurisdiction, and they nearly killed me according to my Neurologists.

I was even beaten by the violent prisoners that they transferred into

the Hospital, and they did nothing but take a Police report, and made

a deal with the criminals and let them go! And I even got infected

when they operated on me, because the patients were too drugged up to

hit the toilet, and pissed and crapped everywhere, and I was forced to

try to survive in that environment for a year. That one guy that

sucker punched me, punched me exactly where I was hit in the head with

a rock in the US Army, that nearly killed me, and nearly left me

permanently blind according to five Military Doctors. But even though

the Doctor will testify that it was that Rock that caused my stroke

and cause the abnormal brainwaves coming out of the right lobe of my

brain, the Army denies me service connected disability because they

said that the stroke occurred where people normally get a stroke.

And President George Bush, and Senator Hillary Clinton, and Michael

Bloomberg will not even read a petition for a redress of grievances,

let alone give any honest redress for my just grievances, and they

made it too expensive to take them to Court. At least that is what the

ACLU says. Do you know any Lawyers or Law Firms that can afford to

take them all to Court and get an honest redress of just grievances? I

have a lot of recorded evidence that they are being used by the

Communists that are pretending to be Jews and Christians that have

taken over the State of Israel, and are using them to do away with the

US Constitution and all of our rights not protected therein!

The Government and CNN still have not bothered to honestly look into

my case, and the only answer that they have given so far is, "the same

people do not work here anymore, and we have many new people, so it

would not be worth investigating," while some of the new people are

doing even worse things, and all the people that were involved still

work there at CNN and in the Government.

The Bird Flu is another Communist trick to get the West to waste a lot

of Money for a vaccine that will not work.

If the virus were to ever mutate to a contagious form it would have to

have human hands to do so, and no vaccine can be prepared before it

mutates that would be effective against it.

Those Russians are playing both sides of the Street. They deliberately

TSCHUMPER PROPOSES ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENTS FOR ETHANOL PLANTS

Local legislator announcing bill to address environmental concerns

about ethanol

production

ROCHESTER, MN - State Representative Ken Tschumper (DFL - Houston and

Fillmore

counties) announced new legislation today that would require

mandatory

Environmental Impact Statements (EIS) for all new ethanol plants in

Minnesota.

Facilities that produce ethanol in Minnesota are currently exempt from

having to

do an EIS in most cases.

"Congress and the various State Legislatures have passed generous

subsidies to

promote the development and expansion of ethanol plants and mandated

various

levels of ethanol content in gasoline," Tschumper commented. "Some

States,

including Minnesota, have gone even further by exempting ethanol

production

facilities from the normal environmental review and regulation that

such

projects of similar size would undergo in other sectors of the

economy."

However in the last several years existing ethanol facilities have

expanded and

new plants are proposed that are much larger than in the past.

"The environmental impacts of this expanding ethanol production are

causing

great concern," Tschumper emphasized. "Huge demands on ground water,

increased

air pollution, heavy demands for rail transportation, increased soil

erosion and

fertilizer runoff, negative impacts on livestock prices and the

increased use of

atrazine, (a pesticide known to cause prostrate and uterine cancer in

humans)

are impacting our lives, our financial stability, and our

environment."

This is especially true for Minnesota. Many of the rural areas where

ethanol

plants exist or are proposed also have important livestock farming,

especially

in southern Minnesota. "

"As we all know, the most important resource we have in southern

Minnesota is

our abundant, high quality supply of groundwater. Our livestock

industry is very

dependent on this critical resource, " Tschumper, a dairy farmer

himself, added.

Ever since the Groundwater Protection Act was passed in 1989, the

State of

Minnesota, working with county governments, has engaged in many

initiatives to

monitor and protect the precious groundwater resource.

"Unfortunately our groundwater resource, on which our livestock

industry is so

dependent, is now being threatened by this new generation of ethanol

plants. I

plan on doing everything I can to protect our groundwater and our

livestock

industry," Tschumper promised

Ethanol production uses 5-6 gallons of high quality groundwater for

every

gallon of ethanol produced. An ethanol plant capable of producing 100

million

gallons of ethanol annually will draw 500 million to 600 million

gallons of

water from an aquifer annually. This tremendous draw down in such a

short period

"It is important to understand that Environmental Impact Statements do

projects," said Rep. Tschumper. "They simply provide more science-

based

information as to the long-term consequences of these projects for

our

environment, our economy, and our health. Requiring an EIS for all

future

ethanol production facilities is reasonable, responsible and

necessary."

The EIS process that ethanol facilities will do under this legislation

is

similar to the standard environmental review required for projects of

similar

size in other sectors of the economy.

"Many large industrial and commercial projects in Minnesota are

required to

complete an Environmental Impact Statement before they can be built,"

said Rep.

Tschumper. "Prior to 2004, ethanol plants of a certain size were

required to do

the same, but they were exempted from this requirement that same year.

Clearly

that was a mistake given the growing environmental concerns

surrounding current

ethanol production practices."

resumes

on here, I am a Celiac, and had a Hospital band that said so, and they

kept accidentally putting Food on my tray that had Wheat, making me

sick. I found later I am allergic to Corn Starch also. But the most of

Patients inability to use the restroom correctly, was directly caused

by overmedicating them, and medicating most of them with drugs that

they did not need. Most were just poor people swept up off the street

by Senator Hillary Clinton and Michael Bloomberg. Like one guy was

there from Africa just because he had 17 wives, another was from Iraq

and they and others kept having seizures from the medications. This

maltreatment was done at Tax Payer and Insurance Payer expense.

A note, tomorrow my sister will finally be able to pick me up and take

me to a store and do laundry, because she got her car fixed. An

Engineering Company that makes machines for making Pop-Cans, is going
