Emulator Help!

Ok I am working on trying to get an N64 Emulator to work finally. But it's not cooperating. I am using Project 64. Problem is everytime I try playing a game the screen is black instead of the game showing up but the sound works. Been working on it for hours and hours! Just 2 days ago I stayed up till 8am working on it.. o_O

SO if anyone could supply me with the Video Plugin which is,

Jabo Direct3d 8 1.6 I would deeply appreciate it and add rep.

HELP!!! AHHHHH

oh dude I've had all emulator problems. But now I have 50+ N64 roms. Project64 is THE BEST emu. good choice. and keep that video plugin.

What's your computer specs? You might need to upgrades some things. (i.e. RAM)

The first rom you need to try is Super Mario 64... it plays the best. works perfect.

so basically, make sure you have the recommended system requirements, and just mess around.

also for the Jabo plugin, on the "Advanced" menu, everything should be unchecked.

I can't think of anything else.....
