Error 0x800xf0900 -- Vista Home Premium -- Desperate for a Solution

I'm trying to install SP2 with Vista Home Premium.  I keep getting the error 0x800f0900 ... I've tried a number of recommended fixes without any success.  Does anyone have a solution... it's keeping me from downloading any/all updates.  At this point I'm
