Excel AppCrash when opening an Excel file

Hi,
I run into this appcrash problem when I opened an Excel file using Excel 2010. FYI, the file is about 50KB and contains standard, no fancy data. The error shown on the PC are as follows:

Could somebody please help? I've already disabled all COM Add-in but the error keep popping up.
