False accusations

What if someone you know falsely (and they admitted it to you) accused one of their parents of molestation, no charges were filed, but they had a breakdown of sorts weeks after said proclaimation. Would you consider this a cry for attention, or do you think this is a sign of a mental case?

Can you give us more information regarding the circumstances? Did they admit to you it was a false accusation? If this is so, it is a sign of a mental case. I didn't understand your original post. Not sure if you meant they admitted to you that they were molested or they admitted to you that they falsely accused their parents.

Sorry P I forgot the poll again, it was real late. To be more concise, this person claims to be all about TRUTH, then tells me after I thought he was all about TRUTH and demands everybody else be that he falsely accused his mother of molestation to get attention from his then current g/f, so what do you think, attention *****, liar, or nutjob?
