I couldn't decide between Valentine's Day and Leave Out All the Rest. I ended up choosing Valentine's Day though. Such a beautiful song, and quite sad. But I love all of the songs on MTM.

Yeah, what I wanna know is why my mp3 player thought it would be a great idea to delete some of my songs. And not just a handful of random ones, just all of my Linkin Park and Fort Minor songs! What is up with that?! (It's true! I swear!)

Ah man hard to vote..I voted for Given Up just because i listen to that song the most, when i just have the time to listen to 1 song of MTM it usually is Given Up, but i love all the songs on MTM.

In Pieces, No More Sorrow, Leave Out all the Rest, Valentine's Day etc.etc.etc. i like them all as much as Given Up

The Little Things Give you Away - this song has a depth to it, lyrically and musically that to me screams maturity. It's just a hauntingly beautiful visual and moving song, given the tragedy of it's supposed context, but personally I can't find a fault with this song at all other than to say even at 6+ minutes its too short! Haha awww, greedy I know! First time I heard it, even though I wasnt keen on the rest of the album, I immediately fell in love with this. I'd love to see it as a single one day but severly doubt it (even if proceeds went to appropriate relief funds) - which sucks for me, and the band, cause its an awesome song that prolly doesnt have a place on the mainstream charts *pouts*

 

I also really love No More Sorrow and Valentines Day, and I find it strange to say that in all honesty the songs I love the most on this album were the slow ones, incl. Leave Out All The Rest. I hate to say it cause there is great promise in them, but the tracks I really dont like are the ones that sound like old LP (literally, with Mike rapping/singing - though he has a beautiful voice *shrugs*) - despite my initial reaction to this album on first listen I love the new mellowness they seem to have adopted here (when you compare it to HT or Meteora), but yeah, TLTGYA is number one for me.
