First of all, what kind of justice are we serving this victim, if we lock up someone who didn't kill her just because he, "looks creepy?" Second of all, I get the feeling that's exactly what this guy wants. To be made famous (infamous) for a murder he didn't comit. Why give him what he wants if he deserves a fate worse than death?

An investigation a decade in the making. I know, I know... some remain unsolved or leadless after three decades. On top of that, I haven't seen episode one of CSI: any of their incarnations, Cold Case, Friends...

He is also charged with other crimes. His false confession is reason to give him the maximum punishment for any crime he is found guilty of.

That's true, so let's put him away for the crimes he's commited. Of course, obstruction of justice is not going to keep him behind bars very long, but I imagine every nook and cranny of his life will come under scrutiny now. It will be interesting to see what turns up.

Anyone with half a dammed brain could look at that case and KNOW, that the Ramsey's were not involved in their daughters murder.

What lies? Name one! The police called John Ramsey out right off the bat, stating to the media that he acted suspicious because he requested a lawyer within the first day. What the media didn't mention, is the reason why he asked for a lawyer. Because one of the lead detectives told him straight up "We know you did this". He said this to John within the first hours of the discovery of little Jon Benet's body.

This poor little girl was paraded around like a showgirl for most of her short life. No rest for her, as she was then paraded around in death by all of you tabloid junkie fucks out there.

The shameful thing is, once they throw this pedo in jail for the murder he DID commit, so many of you narrow minded fools will continue to support the much 'sexier' plot line that her parents murdered her.

You should never even utter that you think a parent murdered their child, unless you have some god damn reason to say that.
