Fixing Issues with SB Server version 2003 and Trend Micro upgrades

On Friday our administrator changed the password for the administrator loginand it affected the updates for our Trend Micro Worry Free Scurity system. It does not upgrade from the internet any more. How can I fix this problem? Should I contact Rend Micro? I'm sure it's in the layers of MSSQLServer but where exactly does the administrator need to go to fix the problem?
