"The police usually use illegal FLIR cameras"
Since when are those illegal?
"and/or lie on the search warrant affidavit claiming they have probable
cause to raid the house."
Output from an IR camera is probable cause. The only time people have
grow lights inside their house is when they're growing pot. Otherwise
they'll do their farming the proper way - outdoors or in a greenhouse.
And what does any of this have to do with Yolanda Madden's case? Was she
growing legal plants in her house, under grow lights?
"The police refused to give KopBusters the search warrant affidavit which
is suspected to contain the lies regarding the probable cause."
Of course they're going to cover it up. They always do that, but that's
what a subpoena is for. Their lawyer should have had it ready before the
bust.
"The police would not comment but later stated they were trying to charge
KopBusters with a crime."
That's also standard procedure, and they should have seen it coming.
"This operation was the first of its kind in the history of America."
I hope there will be many more. How's your funding?
"Police sometimes have other police investigating their crimes but the
American court system has never dealt with a group of citizens stinging the
police."
The FBI or IAB are supposed to prosecute corrupt cops. Before you do the
sting yourself, you first have to try to go over their heads, to get to the
right person.
