Shamelessly ripped this off another site, maybe useful for the guys here who want to build their own. Props to Troybilt for the drawing.

I built this last month out of 1 1/2" square tubing and 1 1/2" round tubing.

It's pretty sturdy and can probably gold way more than I will ever put on it. It's not done yet though as I still need to weld bracing at the bottom.

It sits higher than otmtrx's plans he posted but I can still manage to put my bike up there. I like it tall like that as the motor is the height of my belly. makes it way easier on my back

I'm about to ask a stupid question. How the **** do you get it up on the stand? lol I'm assuming I have to lift the front end extremely high for me to get it on there. lol

Stand it up on the grab bar, put the stand under it and rock it forward on top of it using 2 of the stand legs to pivot on

easy... it's a one man show.

first I stand the bike on it's rear.see the pins welded on top of the stand... those fit into the frame of the bike. I then ratchet strap the stand tight to the bike. then I tilt the bike forward and pull up on the grab bar to tilt the whole bike on top of the stand. you basically pivot the bike on top of the stand.

I'm more concerned with just lifting my jugernaut. lol

if you're strong enough to pull your bike out of the mud when you're stuck you can put it up on the stand IMO...
