Font Size so large I can't reduce it.

I have a a6410t HP PC. I clicked on CONTROL PANEL-PERSONALIZATION-ADJUST FONT SIZE (DPI) - CUSTOM DPI entered 206 ,clicked on APPLY and restarted PC.. But the size of the font increased the window size so much that I can't get to the bottom where the CUSTOM DPI AND apply buttons are so I can make it small again. Also can't use Restore for the same reason., any help will be greatly appreciated and time is critical.
