Found heavy Cross in the woods. It has the words "INRI" on top and a hideous skull below the feet of

Does anyone know the signifance of this cross? It is one that can be

held in the hand, but it is surpsiingly heavy.

I can't find an identical one on Ebay, or on Google images. I have

taken some digital pictures of it.
