Let's talk about gaming, shall we? Inspired by Clogz's Halo thread I thought I would see if anyone else games, and if so what system's and games.

For myself, now that the semester is winding down and finals are next week I will be gaming a lot more over the summer. I have an xbox 360. I am on the search for games to buy this summer so if you have any suggestions let me know.

So what are yall playing?

I'll be the first one to post here...since I'm all about getting the forums back up'n'runnin'.

I game. I've been a gamer all my life since my brother is a gamer. I started off on the original playstation playing games like MGS (Metal Gear Solid) ((hence my alias)) and games like ChornoCross and Crash Bandicoot. And of Course..FF (Final Fantasy)

Then came my MMO faze. FFXI came out and I was in heaven...or **** one of the two... I'd sit there and play for DAYS and not realize it...**** MMOs.

Next come the Xbox gen. Well. Xbox and Xbox 300. Those are my platforms right now (xbox when i feel bored or a game isn't backwards compatible...grr i hate that) Las Vegas SWAT (1&2), Assassins Creed 1&2, Sniper Elite, Army Of Two 1&2, Halo 1 & 2, ummm....some more that i don't feel like remembering at the moment.

But yeah. There be my gaming life history

I game. Mostly old school games though, but I do have an Xbox 360. I only have one game for it though, as I've just borrowed a ton of games from my friends, beat them, and returned them.

games I'm currently trying to beat:

Splinter Cell: Conviction

Doom 3

Pokemon Soul Silver

Final Fantasy IV Advance

Final Fantasy VIII

Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening

Ninja Gaiden (Hard mode)

As you can see, a ton of really old games that I'm in the middle of. The only current gen game I'm playing is Splinter Cell and that's because my friend left it over.

I'm mainly playing my NDS, as I have some homebrew emulators running on a flashcart (GBC, SNES, NES) and I play though when I'm bored.

I've also got a Wii.

And Zelda is my favorite gaming franchise of all time.

Well for me....first thing for me to do when I get home from uni tommorow is....

Beat Sephorith on FFVII

Then do the last 2 quests on Fallout 3

Then hit up FF XIII

Then maybe another play through of Fallout with bad karma

so know you know what I will do my summer....RPGs and music

Im not a huge gamer but I do play every now and then.

I got a Xbox 360 and play mostly Guitar Hero World Tour and 5 aswel as GTA IV I think it is and sometimes WET

I aswel got myself Tony Hawk's Skate but I unfortuantely dont play it much it's a pretty alright fun game

I own an Xbox 360. And, I play ALOT...my gamerscore is nearly 18000 Here is a list of my regular games...

Left 4 Dead 2 - 1105 G

Gears of War 2 - 700 G

Halo 3 - 1555 G

Halo 3: ODST - 875 G

I'm currently working on the first Mass Effect and I'm about halfway through. I'm also plugging away at Earth Defense Force 2017 and Marvel Ultimate Alliance's Hard Mode. I'm looking forward to Halo: Reach as it looks like it will be an amazing game.

I really love playin' on Live. Right now I'm really getting sucked into Gears 2, it is such a blast. I'm hoping that sometime this summer I can get some friends together and get through all 50 waves.

I'm surprised no one has said MW2, I take it no one has bought it or is into it.

I played it and beat it. I actually didn't enjoy it much. It was unrealistic, and played like it was pushed out too early for its own good.

Wow, you are the first person I have heard say it was "Amazing." I'm glad to hear the game isn't perfect after all. I just never bought it because I can't rationalize spending $60 on a game.

Its hard being the only person on planet Earth who thinks this game wasn't good...but yea, I'll do it. The worst part is that alot of people think I'm kidding around when I say it because I'm such a huge gamer.

MW:2 in my opinion is just like Halo 2&3 (sorry Clogz) but a horrible let down to a game that showed such promise I am refering to the change to MW from WWII. Then again I stopped doing FPS about 2 years ago.
