Getting A Bit Desperate...

Anyone else now craving for new lp stuff? I dont mean like "oo excited", i mean every day is a bore and you find yourself doing nothing but searching all of the web for a slightest hint of a release date or something.

LP have a habit of making a HUGE fuss over things, then vanishing, like a few months back it was "LP IN STUDIO! LP OVER HALF WAY! LP TALK ABOUT NEW ALBUM THEME!", then suddenly, we hear nothing...

YOU ARE MASTERS OF SUSPENCE! I NEED NEWS! :D

I know. The LPU photo journal only adds to the hype, gets me all excited at the prospect of a new release, new tour, new round of interviews and such, but you've got to give them credit where it's due - how many other bands do you know of that can in essence disappear off the charts for so many years while still maintaining their fickle fan base and add to the hype and such like these guys can?

They realy build up that desperate wish for a new CD....now that they build the new website design and new LPTV episodes will be on....it gets more and more exciting....

i do agree with you, though, they're excellent at keeping fans while... well, while not really doing much of anything!

i jus find myself listening to other bands to get my interest in LP up again, i hav soooo many tracks of LP live,demos and such it can get tiresome, so i refresh myself with some other bands, and yea they like to take their time, BUT its ALLLLL worth it ^^

I know what you mean, with the album approaching I get all antsy checking LP sites for updates. Yesterday I found a song called ShapeShifter by Celldweller ft. Styles of Beyond, I sent it to a friends and said it was Linkin Park ft. Styles O.B. He still thought it was for 2 days and bragging until I told him it was a joke :D
