Highly-rated fly-half Owen Williams signed for English Premiership side Gloucester from rivals Leicester Tigers on Wednesday. The 24-year-old Welshman -- who is yet to be capped but is thought to be in line for selection for the Six Nations squad to be announced next Tuesday -- will compete with Billy Burns next season and the points kicking duties vacuum left by the impending departures of Scottish international Greig Laidlaw and James Hook to French giants Clermont and and Welsh region Ospreys respectively. Williams, who is Gloucester's fourth signing for next season, has accrued over 500 points for the Tigers since he joined them in 2013 -- including his last-gasp winning penalty against Munster in December's Champions Cup pool clash.
