Hardy will also not receive a paycheck during the ban, which stems from domestic abuse charges against him that were dismissed in February after the alleged victim failed to testify. Now of the Dallas Cowboys, Hardy was found guilty by a North Carolina judge last July but appealed the decision, asking for a jury trial. According to court papers, the alleged victim, Nicole Holder, never made herself available to the prosecutor's office to prepare for trial and law enforcement officials were unable to locate her to serve a subpoena.
