Guatemala's presidential vote last weekend is still too close to call, officials said Wednesday, as the country awaits the name of the runner-up to face comedian Jimmy Morales in a runoff. Sunday's first-round race ended with two candidates virtually tied for second place: former first lady Sandra Torres and millionaire businessman Manuel Baldizon. With 98.92 percent of the ballots counted, Torres, a social democrat, had 19.74 percent of the vote to 19.65 percent for conservative lawyer Baldizon.
