Yesterday Windows 7 stopped responding and I had to restore my system because I don't have a Windows 7 CD with which I might have tried to repair the OS. The restore apparently did more than restore. All of the subfolders in Windows LIie Mail vanished.
They're still somewhere, because when I try to recreate them, I'm told a folder by that name already exists. I can't get them to show up using the Expand/Collapse option because it's grayed out. There are no arrows next to the main folders which means I
have no access to saved mail. The main folders are just things like Family and Friends. The subfolders are where the mail goes, and when I get new mail, it goes directly to those folders. I can read it in Unread Mail, but I really would like to be able to
see my folders again. How do I get them back?
