It's been a loong time since I've had a hangover, but I will do my best.

Orange juice, soda or coffee with some Advil, a good meal, and fluids throughout the day. The OJ brings your blood sugar back up, and caffeine along with pain relievers works great for headaches. Gotta have a good meal to regulate your blood sugar, and the fluids to rehydrate your body after all the abuse. Oh, and go get yourself some cheap sunglasses. Oh yeah.

.But more important did you get any?

I wouldn't rule it out, but I honestly don't remember. My last memory I accually HAD gone to MY bed..... Dunno much after that. Appearently the vodka I was downing was 50%, opposed to the more standerd 35-40. Learned one of my best friends whom I've known since we were tiny as angies newborn has cancer so we decided to get smashed, it was nice.

Thanks alot guys, I'll head to the store in a few.

Thanks angie, its a her and its breast cancer (she's only 18 :( ) But she should be ok. Its not the worst cancer out there and she can take pills to keep it from growing for 4-5 years before she decides a plan of action. It just scares the **** out of me, but she'll be alright.

And for reference: Redbull, waffels and a fruit salad. :)

Let's see....

1. I find that green tea helps with the headache

2. There used to be an energy drink called "Go-Go" that was apparently good for hangover treatment. Not sure if it's still around though.

3. Cant go wrong with drinking lots of water

Hangover Remedy, Cure for Hangovers

There are two main contributors to a hangover:

1. Dehydration

2. The Chemical Acetylaldehyde

The first and easiest way to help relieve a hangover is to get rid of the dehydration caused by alcohol (which is a diurectic) and drink at least an 8 ounce glass of water before bedtime. The second hangover remedy is to use vitamins and supplements to rid your body of acetylaldhyde.

Vitamins and Supplements that will help your body counteract the poisonous effects of the alcohol byproduct acetylaldehyde (which causes nausea, fatigue, and headaches) are:

1.Vitamin C can counteract the effects of acetylaldehyde by at least half. Take 1000 mg before bed and 2000 mg when you wake up. Buffered Vitamin c will work the best especially with a senitive stomach.

2.The amino acid L-Methionine is used in the detoxification of acetylaldehyde.Take 1000-300 mg at bedtime

3.Nicotinamide or Niacinamide (NOT niacin) can help you regain you energy which acetylaldehyde takes away by interfering with the Krebs Cycle (a main way your body supplies itself with energy). Take 250-500 milligrams when you wake up the next morning.

A small drink of alcohol cures a hangover better than anything else, as long as it is not done often, as it leads to alcoholism. The headache is part of the readjustment process as your body begins to produce GABA on it's own again. Alcohol serves as 'fake' GABA and in turn your body reads an excess and shuts down production. The next day, the 'fake' GABA is gone, but your body has not yet restarted production.
