Have to clean Exploit:Java/Blacole.ES daily; how to remove permanantly?

I am getting a daily alert from MSE about an exploit: Exploit:Java/Blacole.ES. Each day it is successfully detected and removed, but it keeps coming back. How can I remove this permanantly? My MSE details below:

Security Essentials Version: 2.1.1116.0

Antimalware Client Version: 3.0.8402.0

Engine Version: 1.1.8202.0

Antivirus definition: 1.123.738.0

Antispyware definition: 1.123.738.0

Network Inspection System Engine Version: 2.0.8001.0

Network Inspection System Definition Version: 11.0.0.0
