seriously just cuz you dont enjoy the heavier band it doesn't mean you have to pay there names out.

most bands have weird names..

its hard to find something that hasnt been taken before so of course they come up with some weird crazy ones.

Rammstein~ They are of late hitting a more emotional side of themselves but still rather heavy, I advise learning some basic German words (du/dich=you, wo=where, nicht=not/no, mehr=more).

Type-O-Negative~ Hard but not as heavy, a more tear in the eye of a warrior.

Dimmu Borgir~ Heavy hard scary, three words sum these guys up.

MotorHead~ A more classic-esque metal band, still hitting the music hard and heavy.

Non-Point~ More of a hard rock/rock band but has some very beautiful riffs and touches on the heavy stuff from time to time.

Nine Inch Nails- Needs no introduction.

Tool~ Confusing lyrics but if you understand just one of them the band is rather enlightening.

Rammstein~ They are of late hitting a more emotional side of themselves but still rather heavy, I advise learning some basic German words (du/dich=you, wo=where, nicht=not/no, mehr=more).

1. Tool, someone that works for higher ups for more money. Like celeberties.

i don't know...i reject to call them metal bands and i don't listen to them...

to me industrial is just rock cobined with cubase pro tools..

If you don't know, because I do listen to a lot of Industrial both Metal, Rock and EBM, you should listen to it first. >_> Not to mention that Industrial is by in large any underground scene. So you'd have to dig for them. Not really surprised you don't think of them as metal since the metal community "from what I've seen" doesn't either. It's similar to Nu Metal in the idea that it stands on it's own and has it's only following independent of the Metal community. It's actually in many ways a part of the Goth scene, or to be more exact Cybergoth scene anyway.
