Guest Mischelly
I proactively downloaded Microsoft Security Essentials. However, to my dismay, my computer was infectes with the Trojan:Win32/Alurecom.Fl virus. A six hour full scan was conducted on my computer just the evening before. Neither a full or quick scan removed this dreadful virus that wiped out my Microsoft Office Professional software, It also wiped out my operating system, my ram and my hard drive. It has also completely removed all of my approximately 50 websites in my internet favorites folder. This is very frustrating and time-consumming and It keeps populating my screen with a continuous loop of rolls of 18 boxes that have to be cancelled indivually. The other choices for each of these boxes besides "cancel" are "try again", or "continue". When the last box is cancelled it opens a Fix it screen which I've not been able to remove from my computer no matter how often I try. It is trying to force me into paying for a fix to the very virus that it caused. This eneless loop screen remains on my computer even when re booting. I am soooooooooooooooooo exasperated, to say the least. Another box frequently appears entitled "files indexation process failed" with a further explanation that to prevent possible damage to this PC follow the recommendations, which the message states it is highly recommended to run file integrity checker now and resolve this issue, which is to entice me to have them remove the very virus they placed on my computer. Please, help me. Thank you. Continue reading...
